Thank you, Doug! A good photo editing app can help cover up for a lack of skill. :)

This morning I reached to the back of the soap collection and pulled out a soap that I have had for some time, the Edwin Jagger. Now I have had this soap for about 3yrs. I have not used it since the beginning of this year and I have a little left at the bottom of the half pint jar. The scent was a little lacking so to help spruce it up I put a splash of aftershave on it. I loaded the JR #180 like I hated the soap, though I am just trying to use it up that way I can buy another soap. Face lathered to a really good lather followed by a three pass shave. Not the worlds best shave but okay. I need to work on my technique with this razor to get a better shave out of it. Finished off the shave with a cold water rinse and then some Stetson AS to finish it all off. The best part of an okay shave is I get to shave again tomorrow.

Thank you! I use Photo Lab. It's to use and adds some fun to the pics.

Cool type A Jim! And it looks like the knot in your 30DCLE is breaking in nicely!

The knot in your JR 180 looks super dense!

I started off with Proraso Pre Shave. The Tabac Shaving Cream face-lathered well with the Jayaruh #217 synthetic brush. I did two passes with the Schick E3 and a Personna Stainless blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayer's Lemon WH and then Lucky Tiger AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Thank you, Andrew! The brush is definitely getting there. It is softer than some badgers I have.

Thank you Andrew. You would think but not really. I have a couple of brushes from China that are SUPER dense and this one is not like those. I got the knot from @Sara-s in a PIF she did though I don't know where she got it. It's my favorite badger brush. It's a like a chihuahua, it thinks and acts bigger than it really is. The brush is only a 22mm knot but with the bloom on it, it's more like a 24mm knot. Plus it's nice and soft but still has a little scratch left in it.
