Blade: Gem Stainless (4)
Post-Shave: Dickinson's Witch Hazel, Nivea balm, Jovan AS / Cologne

I was in a big hurry today, still wanted to shave so opted for a quick application of lather and re-application by hand. Surprisingly, this Gem Stainless blade is still working for me... normally I get two shaves and I'm done. I plan to push this blade for another shave and see how it does.

I started off with Proraso Pre Shave. The Arko Extra Performance Shaving Cream face-lathered well with the Jayaruh #216 synthetic brush. I did two passes with the Gem Featherweight razor and a CVS SE blade. I ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayer's Lemon WH and then Clubman Vegetal AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

WTG, touch-up

1912 today. Ended with a couple of tiny weepers just below my bottom lip but that cleared up with a cold water rinse. I have to go with the lightest touch with this razor. Longer strokes seem to work better than short 1 or 2 inch strokes. Nice shave in the end.
