This is my last shave for the month. I decided to use a fresh Feather blade and use it for the very first time in my Slim Adjustable. I have recently learned that I do not have to go full throttle on an adjustabke to get a great shave, especially with just over 24 hr beard growth. It truly has been an eye opener in my shave journey. Fine soaps produce a nice lather, but their scents are 1 on a scale of 10 for me. This Platinum scent is no exception. I only needed 2 passes to get a BBS shave, but got a very tiny weep on my stache during the second pass. Hit it with cold water and the alum to clear it. I have to say that the Slim on setting 7 tamed the Feather for me. I did not feel that the blade was going to bite. It felt very smooth and quite mild, but it was very efficient. I am pleasantly surprised. Finished in the usual manner and ending with a generous amount of the matching splash. Sorry to say that the scent is very faint so I am disappointed. However, I will use this software because I do not believe in wasting anything. This is my second Fine soap and I daresay they are consistent with producing very mild scented products. After I extinguish these items, I will not buy any more Fine products. Have a great evening.
