very cool.i have some of the personna single edge blades.i hear they are good.i got some from our Andrew's shop a while back.which are the injector blades that have the corners shaped differently.i heard they are good (single edge) but are trickier to load?.i ask you because you have a large schick collection..:)

It’s a really nice razor, and the alloy razors are every bit as good as the SS, and $70 cheaper!

The twinjectors are thicker and need to be manually loaded in any razor prior to the L Type.

I didn't get the sense that Blair was joking about this, Charlie. I don't particularly want to lose another from the group...

I'm in for SEptember. I have a few SEs to cycle through, and always enjoy this month's focus. I have traditionally made it a Stirling focus as well and will continue to do so this month by using at least one Stirling item a day.
Had an early morning shave with the excellent E3. Such an easy, smooth shaver. Just a 2 pass'er, but it did the job. The L'Orange Noir is an absolute fave and the Arkadia is a decent dupe in its own right. I keep threatening to get some Terre d'Hermes, for sure. A great start to the month.
    Have a great day, all!

@Primotenore thanks for the kind mention in the opening post. It is an honor to be among friends, and I look forward to a spectacular month. :)

I'm in for SEptember with my Batch 2 Mongoose loaded with a Feather Super Pro, and I may include a few shavette shaves to mix things up. Everything else in my kit will vary, but I'm trying to finish a container of Mike's Natural Soaps Hungarian Lavender and a bottle of Jeeves of Hudson Street Blood on Steel aftershave.

I finished up a Feather blade in my birth quarter Slim today, so I plan to start my focus in the next day or so. The Slim is going back in the rack for awhile. I'm tired of hearing him complain about how hot the summers are in Kentucky.
