Had a wonderful shave this morning. I could have waited another day but im getting ready to go to the Detroit Tigers game so I wanted to be lookin nice. I don't think I have ever had a bad shave when using the TSD soaps. This was my second shave with Pol-Silver and these seem to be great blades. No irritation no nicks, 3 pass shave. F &C Muir is one of my favorite scents from them, but they are all good and feel wonderful post shave. Hope everyone has a great day and a great shave!!

TSD vanilla with 2x menthol followed by Alcolado (not necessarily TSD, but I got it there) bombed for an eye watering rush of menthol.

I'm going to have to try that TSD soap. How do you like the Gem 1912?

 

I ordered the TSD soap with Lanolin and found it to be a very good soap. I really like the 1912 giving me a very close shave and I really like the sound it makes as the whiskers are mowed down. I received both the 1912 and a Gem Feather Weight as a PIF. The FW is milder but still gives a very close shaves as well.

No sorry. In fact I'm mainly a "Made in Europe" guy

To be fair, I did not read the subject and posts in this topic well enough, focussing on the word "Sunday" rather than TSD .....

 

I will be following your posts closely next week. I've been curious of the difference between the Every-Ready and GEM razors.

 

I'll join in when my TSD order arrives. Great idea!
