I was looking at the shave milk on the TSD store, I was looking around quickly for any info on how to use it or what the uses are.

how is shave milk different from oils for a pre shave or non alcohol based after-shaves? when is it applied? does it go bad? is it like a refridgerate after opening thing?

I've also been thinking about tinkering with making a shave soap and if the process wasnt much more complicated giving this a whirl.

It's an after shave product, and you put it on after your final rinse and your face is dried off. It replaces a balm, and some people like it better because they have an oily complexion and milk is lighter. No you don't have to refridgerate it, as it gets it's name from the looks of it.

most milk's are aftershave balms....not a splash but a more soothing milk type texture!

hmm, ok that makes sense... do ppl also make it as a pre shave or just an aftershave?

    I don't think it'd be a good pre shave.
