You have all inspired me to do a William's Wednesday shave today! I have several modern pucks but it doesnt get enough love in my den. We have super hard water, yet I'm lucky not to have any problems getting a very acceptable and friendly lather. I'm looking forward to a William's shave now!

I love me some Williams. It reminds me of a DIY kit. Cheaper than anything else pre-made on the market, but if put together right outperforms anything pre-made. What you gain in cost you lose in time and effort, but the results are spectacular.
Nope, its a trinket dish or some such thing with a lid. A little too big to store one puck for storing/loading, so I i gave the first puck some company.
