There's a special bonding that you two will get that is totally unique and so cool....Congratulations....That is one hansome pup...Wow he sure has grown fast....From the pic he looks incredibly smart...I bet training him will be a blast...
Here's a larger size pic of my GSP. This was taken about a year and a half ago. He's 13+ now, and not as spry as he used to be. I'd love to add a pup to the house, but between my schedule and the old dog's back, It's just not the right time. So for now it's me and the old man...
My cousins' dog has a "Bark" as part of her name, too....Lady BARKums. But the three of you look very happy, I must say. good-lookin fella. Cuban and I are in agreement about the top one. But they all are great, and thanks for sharing. is Pippin OK today?(granted it's a couple months later).
Beautiful. There is a German Shorthair Pointer pup that I work with. He needs a lot of work with discipline, but he's a good natured dog. I hope Jet catches a lot of birds.
Yes, you're right. That's what I meant. I should really be more careful about posting before I'm fully awake.
The name comes from the greatest player on the field, in the most NFL-talent laden NCAA game ever played. The game I am referring to is Alabama-LSU from 2011. The finest individual performance came from the future overall #6 draft pick, LSU defensive lineman Barkevious Mingo, now with Cleveland in the NFL. I am a Bama fan, but will never forget the greatness Mingo showed while he played at LSU. Maybe this dog will live up to his name!
Thanks guys! I hope he's my buddy for the next fifteen years or so. And even if he makes a lousy hunting dog, he's gonna have a great life out here on the prairie as a house dog. I really love GSPs and am excited at the chance to have another one.
He's fine we were just there for a routine check up and rabies vaccination. Well, he was. I already had my shots.
I don't own a dog(prohibited by the condo owner), but I sponsor one who is under care and rehab at Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Utah. I went there in the first week of April. It's neat to be a dog sponsor, and he's doing well. They give me periodic updates. Just a wonderful sight!!!! Rebel appears to be saying-in a kind way-"You want something? You have to get through me". I agree with Cuban. That is the best way to get them, and it results in the best mutual love. what a great expression!!
