I have been a "watch" person since I was about 8 years old...just made the switch/jump to a smart watch when my wife got me the samsung galaxy watch...love that thing.
This watch is driving me batty! I've researched it, read views, priced them, stared at yours
Someone, MUCH more clever than I am, once said:
"Think you really want it? Think you need it?
Take one week. Don't get it. At the end of the week do you even remember why you wanted it?"
I'll take that advice. Thank you. In the meantime I'll enjoy yours.
I can relate. My newest watch won't fit in my 20 watch case. What to do now?
You have some very nice watches.
Thanks! I feel a lot better now about having three watches - which I felt to be a bit extravagant!
There's a Bulova watch currently on Massdrop.
It's a Bulova Accutron II Spaceview. Seems like MSRP is $450 and the lowest Massdrop price will be $209
In three different styles.
But you only have five watch hands. You are doing fine
It's pretty innit?
To no surprise Amazon is almost at the same price at $224 w/ free shipping
So - maybe less of a 'fantastic' deal.
Time for another watch case it seems .
The thing I don't know about watches is how much I should pay. It seems like retail list price means nothing. I'll give you a couple eBay examples:
Both are watches I'm interested in but watch prices seem crazy to me. Mind you, I'm no more interested in collector watches than I am collector razors. I just want users that I find appealing. I guess reliability might be a factor too but I assume most modern watches to be reliable or am I wrong in this?
thats a great looking watch!
For @RaZorBurn123 - "early" this morning...coffee time...
I gotta say, that watch is looking good. That one hand crawling its orbit around the pin ever so slowly. I know I'll eventually get one.
Truth. I literally wanted a particular watch for 25 years but couldn't or wouldn't turn loose of the money. I still wanted it in 2010, so I got it. No buyer's remorse in the least.
Thank you. So simple yet so complexed.
Same can be said for many women I've known
Separate names with a comma.
