Lousy shave today. I had trouble with the Ingram-cream, it lacked slickness and the lather desappeared on my face - just like the first time I used it.
The Harrison wedge is also driving me nuts. It's scary sharp but it doesn't seem to wanna cut my whiskers - after three passes half the stubble was still left on my face and after applying the ASB I discovered three cuts on the right side of the chin. Dammit. ::ban

If you want someting the can shave a Chow in one swipe, this is it.


This reminds me of the movie Spinal Tap, if a slant was an adjustable razor it would be dialed to 11. :rofl

Result: 4.3/5 Near BBS. Minimal redness. First Impression: At $28 a tube for the L'Occitane Cade Shaving Cream you can save your money. It's not worth it. Takes a ton of cream to make a decent lather, the scent is nothing special and the cushion and glide was mediocre. There are far more products out there for 1/4 of the price that do a better job. Maybe the soap is better. I will try take it home and try it again this weekend.

 

If you don't like it I will buy it/trade it off you.

The one I have is a loaner.

 

Deal, but since I use a Futur I bet I won't have too much trouble with the slant. Slow and easy, slow and easy. Kind of like walking through a minefield. Feel your way. Just pray you don't hear "click."
