Result: 4.5/5.0 Face feels real nice and clean. Alum block tiny peeps. I'm craving for some Italian hazelnut syrup for my coffee since my face smells like bay rum & hazelnut.

For a slap down speedy shave, it really was quite satisfying. The Bearbeard hot water/brush technique was a great success! And who knew a boar brush could still feel so good? Shh...the badgers will get jealous. ::ban

How do you like that cream? I got some of the unscented and was quite pleased with it. I won't tell the badgers if you won't I used a boar brush this morning. It's great for face painting.

Rich, the KMF Vanilla Earth is a real nice cream. Fresh clean vanilla scent (not overpowering), lathers up beautifully on the face, protects while shaving. It's more liquid than I'm used to in a cream, but the end result of nice foamy cushioning is the same.

 

Looks like it was a QED Bay Rum soap day for a couple of us. I can't believe how much lather I got out of this using my standard soap lather technique. I thought I had dumped a 1/2 can of whipped cream into the bowl. I got a tingle on the face from the soap. Not sure what that was since it did not irritate me.
