  [*]Result: Quite a great comfortable BBS shave today. Closer than usual with little effort. The Treet Blade and Tech combo seems to be a keeper. I also liked the TSD cream. They are a bit strong with the scent (my wife loves them) but they lather like made and provide a great assist to the razor moving along my face. No blood today.

Got power this evening at 5pm. Put my son to bed and jumped into the shower to prep myself for shave. I had 4 days of growth- I will not shave with cold water, and that's all I've had thanks to Gustav.

Anyway, after a luxuriously warm shower, I got out and stirred up some lather from some soap I ordered from Susie's Bubbles. Great scent, etc... Decided the lather wasn't thick enough so I added some Derby menthol cream, which did the trick.

Wasn't sure about how many shaves I had on the blade in my razor so I swapped it out for a fresh red pack Personna. Here's the setup for the shave:

Susie's Bubbles Goat Milk and Shea Butter Soap, Tea Tree Scent

The shave was awesome. Not BBS, but after 4 days of growth I didn't want to try for too close and end up with razor burn or nicks. So I didn't get either of those- I am quite happy, I must say.

after a hernia operation Tuesday morning, and not shaving since then, this shave felt so delightful. I did 5 passes, and I'm smooth like a glass table top. Does that Noxzema cream feel heavenly.
