Shrimp Diablo

    Description:
    Perfect appetizer for party people

    Time: 1 hour
    Difficulty: Medium
    Serving Size: As many as you can eat

    Ingredients:
    Big ole Shrimps
    Canned Jalapeno Peppers
    Bacon
    Soaked Toothpicks

    Preparation:
    Clean and devein shrimps. Then butterfly them.
    Clean and de-seed jalapenos....then halve them.
    Par boil (cook a little; until tender) bacon.
    Soak toothpicks in water.
    Fire up grill.

    Instructions:
    Take 1 half (or more ;))Jalapeno and stick it inside shrimp.
    Wrap a slice of bacon around shrimp and stick a toothpick (or 2) to hold it all together.
    Throw em on your fiery hot grill until bacon is cooked crispy-like.
    Devour.

    That sounds great! I have a superbowl party every year and those would
    definately be a hit. For a little snack when I'm at home alone, I'm curious to see how a couple of those would make out on the G. Foreman.
