Thanks. This brings back good memories. My father was born in Alabama and he married a girl from New England and settled there. Every year we would go Down South to visit our relatives and he would read the Burma Shave signs to me until I learned to read and then I read them to him. We would both laugh our heads off. My mother never understood why we thought the signs were so funny.
