Larry at Whipped Dog is known for exceptional customer service. Just send him an email and he'll fix it for you. He got a bad batch of brushes that shed quite a bit a while back. This isn't the norm. I let him know that mine was shedding and he apologized and offered a full refund and I keep the brush, or keep the first brush and he'll send me another brush as soon as they were back in stock. I took the new brush option as I really liked to the old one. I offered to send the shedding brush back but he took my word for it and didn't want it. I use the shedding brush as a travel brush now. I'm thrilled with how my situation was handled and couldn't ask for better service. You should let him know. David
I just bought a brush from Whipped Dog. Larry responded right way, his prices for the quality are superb. I ordered a 24mm synthetic. I'll order a Silvertip next.
Yeah I did that already and got a new one. Couldn't be happier, it' now my favorite brush! By the way I wouldn't buy Frank's shaving again due to the inconsistent quality and poor seller's communications and customer service. Whipped Dog however is a whole different ball game! Would definitely recommend.
Go ahead and get from Larry. Larry is extremely helpful. The quality is good for the price. All the brush prices include shipping. The brush I bought is a 22 mm Silvertip set to 45mm in a resin ivory handle. Couldn't be happier. Next month another brush to be placed with Larry. Want another one for rotation.
I would say there is a no better brush for the money. I have a WD Silver Tip. I would not give it up for love nor money.
