Todays soap is the last of the batch. Maggard Northern Moss. As this is a Cream I bowl lathered tonight. So how did it lather you ask? Well pretty darned good. This stuff whipped up a lather really quick and nice. Checking between my fingers before lathering my face. I found this to be a nice slick concoction. Started lathering up and I was in for a bit of a surprise. This stuff is slightly Mentholated. A very nice bonus today as it is still 95 degrees at 7:30 tonight.
I chose one of my favorite razors. Schick F loaded with my favorite blade, a cutdown Feather. I did my three passes and finished a a BBS shave. My face feels really nice as this soap seemed to moisturize my face a bit. Very nice soap.
So here how the soaps stand for me.
B&M Bay Rum is my top choice.
Conk is my least favorite.
Now the hard part placing the other 3. In all honesty they are all very close. So I will rank them on post shave feel.
Tennessee Whiskers was the most moisturizing, then Maggard followed by Sudsy Soapery.
Scent for these 3 were as follows. Sudsy Soapery, Tennessee Whiskers followed by Maggard.
Cushion while shaving is a tossup. so you can see I cannot choose 2-4 they are a tie.

PLAla Thank you so much for opportunity to try these soaps. I have decided that I will pass all 5 on. I will add some Mitchel"s Wool Fat to the mix. I get some face irritation with it. Maybe some of the others on the pass around have not tried it yet. I will get everything boxed up and out to the PO tomorrow if I get home from work early enough. If not Monday.
