I present to you a nickle-plated replacement knob for the ivory-colored plastic knob on a Merkur Progress. This know was made by CooncatBob. It is beautiful, gleaming, excellent in every way. Bob is no longer making these and I got the last one he had in stock. I thought that I wanted to replace the original knob on my Progress, so I was excited to get this one. But after getting it, I realized that I really liked the look and feel of the original. It's a pity, since this new one is so nice, but I'm not going to use it.
