I succeeded in pulling a 3rd great shave with a Sharp!! Tomorrow, however, I change the blade.

at first I thought the blade was cr*p and while rinsing I thought of it as a mediocre shave. After applying the ASB though, everything was smooth, 100% BBS and it still is now - nearly 8 hours afterwards. So, instead of being a mediocre shave it turned out to be a GREAT one

Rating: 4,9/5 - it doesn't get much better

I thought the blade did a crap job, but it actually did a great one once the face had time to relax! Not sure how many shaves I will get out of it, this was number 2 and I am a bit cautious about going for 3.

 

Soap of the Day - Honey Bee Spa Vanilla Oak
Tried some SSC Bay w/Twist EDT

Result: 4.4/5.0 I tiny peep from the alum block.

Other Note: I need to put the SSC Bay w/Twist into a different bottle. The spray puts out way too much and almost gagged everyone in the room. If I take the top off and just wet the tip of my finger and then apply to my neck it smelled much much better. Ahhhh...bay rum

I came to a grim realisation this morning, if I keep going at the Yardley soap the way I have been it will soon be gone. Whilst not using it is an upsetting experience, running out altogether would be worse so it was with great reluctance that I reached for another soap this morning. Still, what better way to lessen the blow than reaching for the trio of CADE products. It's not Yardley, but it's still fantastic
