    Proraso Pre Shave
    Colgate Shaving Mug Soap
    Jayaruh #144 Badger
    J.R. Torrey 5/8
    CWR
    Thayer's Lemon WH
    English Leather

I started off with Proraso Pre Shave. The Colgate Shaving Mug Soapp face-lathered well with the Jayaruh #144 badger brush. I did two passes with the J.R. Torrey 5/8 straight and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayer's Lemon WH and then English Leather AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

I enjoyed mine very much - this Palmolive Menthol cream lathered great and gave me a good menthol kick along with a relaxed post-shave feeling on my skin. My Super Speed/Astra duo cleaned me up BBS so easily. I exchanged the Aqua Velva Ice Blue for the Musk version at the last minute.

    Have a great day!

A great, great shave. Though for me the third shave with this blade is the max, with the Tech it gave a surprisingly good, practically BBS finish minus the throat area (tough spot with the Tech for me). Gave myself 3-4 weepers as the blade was near its death. But with the GD Voyage, Humphreys and Nivea, they helped in keeping my face & skin in order with minimal residual irritation, gone in 15-20 mins. And what can I say about the Incense, Patchouli and fresh vibe masterpiece of AdG Profumo? Pure sensory bliss. Every good shave comes with its reward. The Misses getting close and personal with a few smooches. May everyone have an awesome shave and a great day Gents...;)

    Prep: Warm Shower-Stirling Bergamot Lavender
    Soap: Palmolive Menthol Cream (Italian)
    Razor: Gillette NEW Short Comb
Blade: Vintage Personna 74 Tungsten (Shave #30)-Going to retire it. Still performing great though!
    Brush: Turtleship Silvertip-24mmx55mm
    Aftershave: Country Club Classic Fougere

WTG-XTG-ATG (adjusted angles for my beard)

Palmolive Menthol Cream today. 20 seconds to load the Turtleship Silvertip brush. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Personna 74 Tungsten still in the Gillette NEW Short Comb. Excellent smooth, close, shave. I finished with Country Club Classic Fougere aftershave.

Thank you, Steve. The Pareidolia is a great soap. I also like the CK base, and this one performs just like the other soaps. The scent is a woodsy scent, and you do get a little anise mixed in. The scent is in my top three now.

The Green Ray brush has some nice backbone but is extremely soft at the same time. It is somewhat similar to the Cashmere knot.

    Razor: Gillette Tech.
    Blade: Personna Comfort Coated (5)
    Pre Shave Oil: DIY
    AS: Mennen "Afta", After Shave
    Newspaper Date: Dec. 9, 1943

DFS, with my meds failing. Plenty of lather, just had hard time keeping the blade steady. I did finally get through without any blood. A 2 pass shave, WTG/ATG lots of touching up. That was the most difficult part. However I`m satisfied with the overall shave. Happy Camper here asking God to Bless each and all.

    Brush: First Shave with JR280!
    Razor: Gillette Double Ring
    Blade: Astra SP (1)
    Soap: Ghost Town Barber
    Aftershave: Nivea Men Sensitive Skin

Was a great shave this morning! JR280 is a great brush lathered the GTB quickly! Put the new Astra in and away I went. Love the double ring just don’t get it out very much. Was a very efficient and comfortable shave!

The Schick Proline sits a bit too aggressively in the De Haven blade holder (a new one, I sold my other), not sure if it's the blade or holder, further experimenting called for. Head shave splendid with the Rotbart 15.[IMG]
