Guess days off typically do that. I did get some things done I needed, though, which is a good thing. The main thing, however, was getting to the shave tonight. I enjoy the Schick "M" and I enjoyed another great lather with the Arko and my smaller Stirling synthetic brush. I stuck with two passes and a little touch up tonight for a nice DFS finish. No blood, no irritation, no worries. Just an all around great shave to get me back to the start of my week. Hope your Monday was a great one and here's to an even better tomorrow!

Thank you. I edited in a brand new picture to show off the vintage bar soap for the bath and I used my full bottle vintage back up cologne and aftershave bottles. I always try to have spares for the long-term. The Gillette ABC is a very finicky shave despite being a master-crafted ornate razor.

SOTD: Todays shave was with a razor i have neglected for far too long, in fact i havent used it since December. My very first DE razor, the Lion DE. Although I'll absolutely agree that their blades are not the best, their razors can give you a perfect BBS shave. Ill be posting a review on this razor soon as the last time i used it was before i joined shave forums, but here was the setup for today's shave. Tabac Tuesday's Shave Cold Water Rinse Tabac Jayaruh #343 Synthetic Ever-Ready 1909 Vintage Gem Cutlery SE CWR Tabac AS My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Tabac Shave Soap face lathered well with Jayaruh #343 Synthetic brush. I did two passes with the Ever-Ready 1909 razor with a Vintage Gem Cutlery SE blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Tabac AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
Fine "Marvel" razor Silver Star blade FS Silver Tip brush Dandy Shaving Co Mojito SS Osage Rub/Witch Hazel w/aloe Pinaud Citrus Musk cologne Another nice shave with the DSC shave soap. Still working on getting the water/soap ratio figured out but still got a nice protective/slick lather even though it sure didn't look like it. My face is happy. Now go enjoy your day folks

Easy, thick, slick, lather. Gillette 7-O’Clock Blue SP still in the Gillette NEW SC. Excellent smooth, close, shave. I finished with Bulgari Man in Black aftershave. Bob
