    Arko Adjustable April

    April 6
    Razor - 1973 (S2) Gillette Super Adjustable
    Blade - [IMG]
    Soap - Arko
Brush - 30DC Meet UP LE w/ SynBad bulb
    Post - Alum

Yes, yes, yes, I know it's Menthol Monday, but Arko April takes precedence! At least on the first Monday of the month. I switched razors to the Super Adjustable, dialed up to 9 like any good adjustable should be, and started with a fresh Sharp Star. The 30 DC Meet Up brush with the SynBad bulb knot had no trouble at all whipping the Arko into a frenzy, and three passes did the trick. Baby in the house, no irritation, no blood, no problems. Super nice shave with a razor that has grown on me a bit. I wasn't too fond of the plastic handle at first, but the performance is there and all's good.

Hope you all had a great Monday! Full moon tomorrow so let's all go out tomorrow night and howl at it!! Beats being stuck inside another day, right?

The soap used today is very similar to yesterday’s; perhaps a slight difference in texture.
The razor shaves deeper and but slid like Carolina Kostner.
I did not use my favorite aftershave, but I want to thin the stock and hate waste.
The 4711 fits the TOBS fragrance almost perfectly.

What can I SAY? Same As Yesterday!

I only regret the choice of the soundtrack: I should have listened to the country symphony.
There wasn't even a lawnmower in action.

    Tabac ASB

The Tabac Shaving Soap face-lathered well with Jayaruh #401 brush. Two passes and touch ups with the black handle Pal Injecto-matic with a Personna blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Tabac ASB. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
