The Williams Mug Shaving Soap lathered well with the Jayaruh #434 Synthetic Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Gillette 1905 Double Ringr Razor and an Astra SP blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Pinaud Clubman After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

A very good close shave. I haven't used the 3VA in probably 6 or 7 years, I'm guessing. I remember the 'A' stands for 'aggressive', so I focused on a light touch and appropriate angles. Three passes to a BBS finish.

The reason I had to quickly look for a different soap is that I must have inadvertantly shut too tight the lid of the Bill Neumann soap. You have to really struggle to loosen those. I figured, whatever I choose, it will be just for today anyway.Mike's has been very good for me. I probably should have spent more time at the Loading Dock. But I was able to spread a good amount on my face and neck. I'm trying to make a habit of going softer than I have before. It seemed to work again, as I had zero cuts, Knicks, Polka-dots. Nice finish from the Paul Sebastian AS. Super Duper Outstanding.

Although I’m trying to ration this Noxzema cream (I still have three brand new backups of it) it’s so hard to resist because I love it so much. Ahhhh, that scent is wonderful, that lather is to die for, the menthol sensation is so delightful, and it leaves my skin feeling so soothed, cool, as well as perfectly moisturized. I enjoyed my massage with the Prep - same wonderful scent as the Noxzema cream and also nice and cooling with lots of soothing, the Floid Vigoroso aftershave’s beautiful old school barbershop scent with its icy cold menthol kick, and the heavenly Bleu de Chanel fragrance so I’m good to go. A superb three pass BBS shave that was a maximum pleasure!

Razor : Razorock Lupo.72 316 SSP head, Mfg 2021>, mid range. Excellent machining and finish for my shaving needs. Ticks all the boxes for myself for a great shaving razor. Had a close comfortable stellar shave this morning.
Blade : Astra SP (2) sharp and smooth with excellent longevity.
Soap : Razorock Lavender, nice masculine scented lavender with excellent lather qualities.
Brush : Yaqi " Aqua" 24mm 3band high mountain badger. Excellent lather generator, pillow like soft tips, nice splay scrubber + great lather painter.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Razorock King Louis lavender with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results : or CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers= Had a close comfortable stellar shave this morning with my RR Lupo.72 with a Gillette Astra SP blade. (It does not get much better for myself when shaving!)
