    Is it Friday yet???

Prep: Hot shower, hand strop blade, soak brush
Hot coffee: Home roasted Tanzania, black
    Soap: TSD SOTQ A2 - Barber Shoppe + 3 drops M Bomb
Brush: Omega 49, the big red one :D
    Razor: Fat Handle Tech
Blade: Shark, day 3, 3+ passes
Post: Cold water splash, 2 drops M Bomb, ice water splash, Brut ASB, Brut AS
    'Stache Wax: Firehouse Wacky Tacky

    Shave Rating: 5 Blades

Yeah, I applied the M Bomb, THEN splashed with the ice water. Talk about CH-CH-CH-IL-L-L-L-Y-Y :anifrozen. Loved it!

Another great shave with the Shark. Funny, but I don't remember this blade performing this well in the past. I'd like to think my technique has just gotten that good :happy102.

I'll agree with others who say TSD SOTQ A2 is the best... thus far ;). Looking forward to what JoAnna has in mind for the A4 fall installment.

Thanks, and Thanks to Dridecker for the pm.
I have yet to get a 5 blader with a straight, but I think I'm getting close.
Looks like the SE is the wrong blade for the razor-it may take a 105.

Thank you.:happy005 For a great shave, my humble E or G types would be just fine, among others, but I like having my toys.:D

Well, some days you just can't get it done. I've discovered that some razors or razor/blade combos are just too mild for me. Four passes didn't do it. Honestly, ten passes wouldn't do it... No pain, no irritation, no BBS today. On the plus side, I'm not bleeding. :D 3.5

Oooof. That sucks Danny! I was thinking that that one may be a challenge; like a shavette with an attitude. Glad you didn't cut your head off.

Really cool little razor. Simple design, not too aggressive, not too mild, juuuust right. I think I enjoyed this shave as much as I did because the razor is such an oddity compared to anything else I've ever seen and used. Really neat piece of equipment.

    4 solid blades.

    Razor: Merkur Futur
    Blade:Feather
Brush: C&E Edwin Jager Best Badger
    Soap: Cella
    A/S: Generic Witch Hazel
First time that I have used the Cella; it produces a ton of rich, rich, lather for a great shave. Lathered twice and probably could have had five more lathers.

This morning I just realized that I've been given too much love to my Merkur 34C, so I switched to Muhle R41. And this is what I've done today.

    Omega Eucalypti shaving cream
    Omega value-pack boar brush
Muhle R41 with Derby blade @ day 1
    Florena Sensitive ASB

Great shave. I love the heft of this razor. Two passes and a little touch up on the neck and I was BBS. Smooth Jazz this morning. Made me consider trading in my Panama for a beret and growning a goatee :D Dave Brubeck doing Take Five is just a classic and no matter how many times I've heard it, it always just seems to strike me as an amazing piece of music. This link has a really reto look to it that I thought was cool too

As always, my Ming Shi delivers beautiful shaves with comfort and ease. I find it very similar to my Super Speed in a lot of ways, especially because of the gentleness. I'm going to soon need some more Aramis eau de toilette--this bottle is almost empty, and it's not too easy to find. ;) :D
