    ...and now, for something completely different.
    Today I shaved with a new to me budget shave cream, Arko Sensitive. And it was a delight. I really love the budget shave cream genre. Cheap as dirt, super lather monsters and this one fits well into the category of unscented.

    My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Palmolive Shaving Cream face lathered well with the Jayaruh #206 Brush. I did two passes with the TNNSER razor with a CVS CS SE Blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with English Leather AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

    Blade: Vintage Gillette Spoiler Super Stainless (11)
    Brush: RazoRock/Zenith Chubby Extra Silvertip-28mmx51mm
    Aftershave: RazoRock Tuscan Oud

    WTG-XTG-ATG (adjusted angles for my beard)

    RazoRock Tuscan Oud today. 20 seconds to load the RazoRock/Zenith Chubby Extra Silvertip brush. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Gillette “Spoiler” Super Stainless blade still in the Gillette Fat Boy. Excellent smooth, close, shave. I finished with RazoRock Tuscan Oud aftershave.

    Bowl/Scuttle:- Captain's Choice
    Soap/Cream:- Valobra (4 shaving sticks press into a 250 ml plastic tub)
    Razor/Blade:- Karve CB SS 'C' / Vintage NOS Gillette Super Stainless (spoiler) #7
    Post/After-shave:- T.N. Dickinson Witch Hazel Astringent mixed into the 240ml bottle with Natural Glycerin (20), Tea Tree Antiseptic (10), Lavender (15) & Peppermint (10 drops)
    Fragrance:- Dolce&Gabbana The One for Men

    A “Canadian Pride” setup today - this Rockwell soap is the finest from the Great White North IMHO. It’s got such a beautiful, true old school barbershop scent with awesome lather and great skincare. The matching balm has that same scent and feels so good on the skin. My Super Speed/Shark combination gave me another perfect BBS shave in just two swift passes!
