    Grabbed the mug of Williams for some reason and it was an alright shave. The Schick has been in the razor for about a month and is done. Had some tugging and a wee smidge of a weeper. A splash of Superior 70 to finish things up. Enjoy your day.

    My brother Fernando makes some of the best soaps and aftershaves I ever used in my life. His Frosted Bay Rum soap has such a beautiful scent - spicy and clovey, the way bay rum is supposed to smell, the lather churns up so thick, rich, slick, and protective thanks to the tallow formula, it has a generous dose of menthol, and it’s so skin friendly. The Prep and the Floid Vigoroso aftershave were a perfect finish - lots of soothing and lots of additional menthol chill. Three passes left me mega BBS - what a great shave this was!

    Lather: vintage Williams Mug Soap
    Brush: Ever Ready
    Razor: Henson AL13 mild
    Blade: Gillette Nacet
    After: witch hazel and aloe
    Cold water shave :Animatedfrozensmily:

    The vintage Williams lather is great! I was pleased with day 2 on the Nacet blade in the Henson razor - smooth and comfortable. This feels like a winning combination. My face feels great!

    Off to the first day of the county fair this morning.

    DE SOTD, Wednesday August 10th 2022.

    Razor : Razorock 2nd Generation lupo.72- Mfg 2021> excellent mid range, very well designed 316 SS razor with excellent blade clamping and easy to work under the nose area. Joy to use and results are usually 95%+ excellent.
    Blade : Bic chrome platinum- very sharp and some what smooth, have not used these in some time and my opinion has not changed.
    Soap: Speick stick- nice mild spicy scent with outstanding lather qualities. Triple milled also.
    Brush : Yaqi red Zebra 26 mm synthetic, excellent lather generator, luxury face feel with cloud like soft tips, gentle scrubber + excellent lather painter.
    Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
    Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
    Post shave : Razorock king Louis Lavender with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
    Results :CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers=[​IMG] excellent shave with my RR Lupo.72 with a Bic chrome platinum blade.
