Enjoyed the Rose scents this morning from the Salter's and the ROB ASL.
It's been awhile since I gave the 11C a spin so, I put a Russkie in the breach and it performed flawlessly!

Well, let's see; the shave it provided was as soft as a rose petal so, yep, I think we could classify it as a Rosekie.

Tried a couple new things today; Tweezerman Brush and CHL. The Tweezerman brush is a shedder if I've ever seen one. I think there was more badger hair in my sink than my own beard hair. I've never seen a brush shed so much. Maybe once it breaks in it will stabilize a bit. The CHL is very moisturizing and I think it did well with helping with blade glide as well as helping my stubble stand up. Love the TOBS sandalwood, the staying power of the scent is great, one of my favorite creams. Pretty decent shave today, nicked my Adam's apple yet again. Other than that not too bad.

This is the first shave with my new Fat-handled Tech I got on eBay. I put a new ASCO blade in it and did three passes and touch ups. I put four drops of glycerin in the Proraso Green and made a rich lather. It made for a satisfying shave. I will use this new razor for the next week.​

Do those pads work well? I thought about picking some up but I was reminded of what my dad using them for.

If they work well, I might pick some up. I will hide when he visits.

 

The pads are nice. I quite enjoy them, one thing to note about the pads is for better results shake the tub a few times to splash the Witch Hazel around to make contact with the top pad. After a while it seems as if the WH inside kind of maybe evaporates, leaving it with just a damp pad. Which is okay. I'd buy them again, however I think next time I'll be trying out some Thayers.

And curiosity has gotten the better of me...what on earth could be be using t...do I really want to know?

I thought you had the other pads they make. My bad.

I havent seen those pads only the others.

The other pads are just WH but cleanses other areas south of the border.
