Well I wish I could day that I had a good first shave with the Rapide but it wasn't. The blade was honed by a professional but was still very tuggy. I managed to complete the first pass with it despite the tugging but then went to rinse my face off and hardly had any reduction. Rather then continuing with the Rapide I decided to finish up with the G1, which performed wonderfully as always. I will have to see how the blade I honed performs, hopefully better. Another PAL Shave, this time one loaded with Modern Schick [Japan] to see how it fared against the shave with a NOS blade yesterday,did change the soap, but both blades on 5th outing. Felt that the modern blade was somewhat smoother, which perhaps tricked me into thinking it was more effective. However, I think that the shave yesterday
with the NOS blade was a bit closer.

The yoghourt bowl with hard beach town water don't help up to a good lather. The tallow soap gives enough cream and protection, yet. The balm works with the face and the shave ends fine. The new blade adds, too.

Hi Friends and good Morning,

today i had the 2nd Shave with my Feather Razor. I can´t say enough good things about it.

What a damn fine shave i´ve had!!! It was awesome. I lathered up my new soap to a rich, thick and slick lather and started shaving. The Feather glided through my whiskers like there were none of them. Great feeling. I think i slowly get the right technique for it and i have to say, that i like it a lot.

Some positions looked like wrenches, but that was ok. After the shave i used the Aftershave and was rewarded with extremely less burning. That shows that i did something right during the shave. Now i´m a bit proud (and very happy) about me and this shave. It was an absolutely right decision to buy this razor. Gentle, VERY thoroughly and very handsome looking.

Marvelous shave this morning with the PAL Injecto-Matic loaded with a Dutch Danglies blade. I'm getting an average of five great shaves with these blades and I'm golden with that. Excellent, slick, bountiful face freezing lather from the Stirling Glacial MITA shave soap. Three refreshing passes for a dolphin smooth finish. Have a great day friends.
