Good shave all around today. The 40's style Super Speeds are my favorite shavers, hands down. They can do no wrong and almost give me a great shave no matter what blade I put in them.....almost. I was pretty surprised with how well the Old Spice SC lathered up for me this morning considering a previous experience that I had had with a different tube of Old Spice from last year. The stuff just exploded into a magnificent lather within seconds of water to brush to bowl. Having tried many different Lemon or Lime scented creams, I feel like the Old Spice has the most authentic and pleasant scent of them all and the Booster Iced Lime A/S complimented it nicely although I wish the scent would last on me a little longer than 30 minutes. Going on sort of a mini vacation this weekend so I won't be back until Monday. Enjoy the weekend, folks.

First shave with the Shark blade and it wasn't half bad. Got my first real cut from a blade though, and that sucked. The goo from a previous Astra that was sitting in the NEW refused to let go. I got careless and paid for it with a good sized cut on my finger. Plenty of blood in the water, appropriate for chumming.

OH MAN! I _LOVE_ Musgo Real's Oakmoss. In fact, each one of their fragrances is incredible.

How the hell do you use something like that one day, then Brut the next???:happy102

 

What product did you wash your face with? I'm looking a nicely-mentholated bath soap.

All I've used is CO Bigelow's, which is very weak. The line's Menthe shower gel is fantastic, but I only like true soap!

Another delightful mentholated shave with a cream from Germany, which is so cheap, but so good. The scent is wonderful, and the lather builds in a second. This Natural Products balm does a great job of cooling and soothing the skin afterwards.

This was actually some stuff that my wife picked up at Bath and Bodyworks it's Aromatherapy Spearmint Eucalyptus Foaming Hand Soap. Sounds cheesy but I really like the way it makes the skin feel. I'll definitely be getting more when this bottle is gone. Very refreshing for hot summer days and works like a champ with the face freeze products in my shave rig.

This really is my amazing shave discovery of the summer. If you're looking for totally cool and refreshing, this really is the rig to go to. The Lime Sec EDC is kind of uncoventional but I like it alot and it goes very well with the menthol stuff. I can see why some folks say it has a Lemon Pledge smell to it but I don't mind it's quite nice and seems to last a good while
