Astra SP is just not a good blade for me. Before the Thayer's, I felt like I had shaved with sandpaper.

The Barbon cream is great! The scent is the most "Old Man" scent I have come across but I Love it.

 

I really like the samples I've tried so far of the LA Shave soaps and Topanga Fougere is next on my list. Of the other three, I'd have to give the nod to the Woody Lavender and I recently purchased a full jar of it. Have you tried the others and do you think the TF is worth the price difference $14/$24 for the same amount of product? I'll make my own decision once I break out my TF sample but I'm curious what you think.

 

No, I haven't tried any of the other scents. They did include a sample of Woody Lavender which smells great but I haven't shaved with it yet. I'm not sure about the price difference of the TF and if it's worth it. I do like the scent and consider it one of the better ones I've run across in a artisan soap or for that matter a factory made soap. Right now, I'd say yes it's worth it but when it's time to reorder, we'll see.
