Menthol Monday's Shave


Cold Water Rinse
C.O. Bigelow Shave Cream
Jayaruh #30
Schick Repeating Type C
Schick Proline B-20

My prep was just a cold water rinse. The C.O. Bigelow Shave Cream face lathered well with Jayaruh #30 Brush. I did two passes and a cleanup with the Schick Repeating Type C razor with a Schick Proline blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Osage Rub. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

My third consecutive day using a Bundubeard soap - it was so enjoyable. The Kameelperd is absolutely magnificent - its wonderful scent reminds me of ice coffee which we get at Starbucks or McDonald’s here in Canada, the lather is so thick, rich as well as slick, and it’s 250 grams of some of the strongest menthol I ever experienced along with fabulous skincare. The Prep and the Arctique were such a great finish. Another cracker of a shave!

This was my first use of the Edwin Jagger 3one6. A very nice shave. It was mild, but not so mild that it wasn't efficient. Very nice.

How is it compared to the 89?

I have the Muhle R89. the R89 is much less efficient than EJ 3one6. Both are nice to shave with, but the 3one6 edges it out.

Another really great shave from the Tech/Silver Star combo, so smooth and effective. Amazing! Had to try the Face Nice Bay Rum today. A Christmas gift from my 7 yr old granddaughter so you know I had to even tho I'm not a big fan of Bay Rum. All is well. Now go enjoy your day folks
