I haven't posted a shave in over two years but I actually had a little spare time today.

Knightsbridge Bergamot cream in a warm bowl

Imperial Bergamot A/S
Truefitt & Hill West Indian Limes A/S balm

Now that I'm posting I realize I forgot to include the shave cream tub in the photo.
Anyhow, a very nice shave with the Krona. The Knightsbridge cream is buttery smooth and makes for an effortless stroke.
Now that colder dryer weather is here I'm making good use of my balms and the T&H is an excellent product.

Thanks Gary. I have a feeling I will be a bit bummed tomorrow because I read online that Monat doesn't lather. The gal that sold it to me said it did so we will see. The artisan soap I used today was slick but another poor latherer. I somewhat expected it but my wife picked it up at a local craft fair thinking of me so how can I complain lol. I warned her about these types of soaps but at least it smelled great and the shave was not too bad.

thank you Tom..inspired by creed viking i hear..fantastic scent..this is the mentholated version..

 

The only other larger blade I own is this lovely Kropp. It is both smooth and sharp. The lather was spot on tonight and the shave was excellent.
