Prep: Warm shower:/Nivea Men Power Shower Gel.

Pre:
Cold wet flannel to my face & head.
Palmolive Naturals Olive & Milk Bar Soap.
Brush: Omega 48.
Bowl Lather.
Bowl : Home Bargains Stainless Steel Side Bowl.
Lather: Williams Mug Shaving Soap.
Razor: Parker 98R. (Face) - Gillette 365. (D1)
Razor: Parker InjRzr.(Head/Dome) (Settings) 4-wtg, 4-xtg/atg +pick-ups. - Personna Injector PTFE. (D2.)

Post:
Cold water face & head wash with brush squeezing's, Cold Water Face & Head Rinse./Alum Rub. / Cold Water Face & Head Rinse. Homemade (~Autumn/Winter mix~) peppermint lavender, eucalyptus, + Tea Tree essential Oils Mixed Together With 200ml of Care+Witch Hazel. / Williams Aqua Velva ASL. /Nivea Men Replenishing PSB.

The razor & blade duo paired together superbly, mowing through my stubble effortlessly.

I haven't used my 98R for some time and remembered to rub my finger tips with my alum block to give it extra grip due to the handle getting slippery when wet. It's the only razor i have in my Parker collection with this problem all the rest have a fantastic grip. Nevertheless, the 98R is still a good razor.

The Williams soap provided me with a slick protective lather, and a equally good post shave feel.

A very close comfortable face & head shave with errors to report. Finishing the shave off with a few small dollops of Nivea Men Replenishing PSB.

My face & precious swede are feeling smooth & smelling divine.

The Colgate Shaving Mug Soap lathered well with the Jayaruh #18 Badger brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Supply SE Injector and the Supply Black Label Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Pinaud Citrus Musk Cologne. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Thank God a million times I feel a lot better than yesterday and I’m going to get tested on Monday or Tuesday again to see if I’m negative. The De Vergulde Hand Extra Fris soap has such a nice scent which is sporty and fresh, the lather churns up so easily, it gets really thick, rich, creamy as well as slick, and the skincare is pretty damned good. The De Vergulde Hand balm has the original scent which I think is so classy and old school, it’s so moisturizing as well as soothing, and it gives a slight cooling sensation. The matching aftershave spray is no longer available (damn!) and it smells so gorgeous just like the balm. Three passes gave me a most wonderful, comfortable BBS shave - this Canadian Tech is a mild razor but it’s so efficient!

at long last, I have a soap by Occult Grooming Essentials, so difficult to get hold of, but finally managed to find one.. mind you, it cost me a small fortune with the added taxes, etc.. so, was it worth the endless search history, and the countless dead ends? HELL YEAH! It's one of those soaps that produces a gob full of thick cushiony lather that begs for more water. In fact, there was enough lather to shave me, my cat, the neighbour and their cat.. Yeah, this was so much fun, I was making extra passes just so it wouldn't end. I just wish it was more readily available. So what do you say, Bill/Lazaros? When can we expect more of this wonderful soap... ooh, in tobacco, please.

SE SOTD- Saturday, December 17th 2022

Razor : Gem Micromatic flying wing(AKA- MMBT, Guiding eye ,MMFW....)- Mfg 1947-50, well built, heaviest of the Micromatic variants, mildest of the 3 main Micromatics, experimenting with a Schick twin blade reversed so normal first edge becomes top making it a single edge with more blade gap & increased blade feel. A nice enjoyable shave this morning.
Blade : Schick Twin 2 blade(4) sharp & smooth with excellent longevity, I reversed this blade so normal 1st cutter becomes top blade making it more aggressive. Limited success & shave was enjoyable.
Soap : Speick Stick, nice mild spicy scent with excellent lather qualities, triple milled. I just cut some slivers off and press into bowl for creating some excellent lather.
Brush : Yaqi "Ferrari" 24mm boar bristle, excellent lather generator, soft split end bristles, great splay scrubber + excellent lather painter.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Razorock King Louis lavender with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results :CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + 1 weeper= Excellent shave with my Gem MMFW with a Schick Twin II blade.

I showered while I pre-heated the bowl/brush with HOT water. Nice shave with zero feedback from the alum bar. I even dug out my clippers and trimmed my hair (what little I have left) For me, going to a barber for a haircut is a ripoff! LOL

That new lather bowl is very nice and builds really nice lather. Lots of bumps on the inside and it is easy to palm it for a good grip.

The Damaskeen always gives me a very nice shave. Even with 3 days growth like today.

Yes, I got 10-12 inches of snow so, I got to play with my snow blower on the front of my Kubota. It still took 2 hours because I had to go slow due to wet heavy snow!
