My 50s Super Speed is such a treasure - my Dad of dearly loved and cherished memory gave it to me as a birthday present when I turned 14. This razor is relatively mild but it’s so efficient. The Vintage Spice soap lathered like a son of a gun, its delightful Shulton Old Spice scent filled the bathroom, and the postshave feeling was so soothing as well as moisturizing. The Aloe Vesta moisturizer is unscented so it works great as a balm, and the Vintage Spice aftershave went on with the same beautiful Shulton Old Spice scent but no stinging or burning because it’s witch hazel based. Again I made the mistake of using the P&G version of Old Spice cologne - it really doesn’t smell so nice but my niece and nephew gave it to me as a present so I have to wear it. Another three pass BBS work of art - what a brilliant shave this was!

The Williams Mug Shaving Soap lathered well with the Jayaruh #423 Two-band Badger Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Darwin-Handle Gillette Old Type and a Personna Super Blade (73) gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Pinaud Clubman Special Reserve. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Razor : Yaqi 2nd generation 316SSP head with my 2nd purchased Yaqi Chippendale 316SSP handle (Darwin handle looking, close to resemblance to that time era for "The Grande shave King razor",1940's existence)-
Mfg 2023>, mid range. What a nice well machined and finished razor head with excellent QC. The audio feed back is a nice sizzling sound of snipped whiskers is best way to describe it. The razor is delightful to use and performs well + results do no lie. Had a stellar close comfortable shave this morning.
Blade : Gillette Perm-sharp(1) great sharpness and smoooth with reasonable longevity. Defiantly top tier in my den! Great blade and razor match for this mornings shave.
Soap : Razorock The Dead Sea, nice unique bright scented with excellent lather qualities.
Brush : Yaqi "Viper" 24mm boar bristle. Excellent lather generator, soft split end bristle hairs tips, nice splay scrubber + excellent lather painter. My best boar brush to look at and performance is great.(soak boar brushes in warm water for 2>minutes for softness to excel IMO.)
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Razorock The Dead Sea splash with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results : or CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers= Had a stellar close comfortable shave this morning with my Yaqi Mellon 316 SSP razor with a Perma-sharp blade + cotton ball tested. (It does not get better a shave for myself.)

Lovely shave with the MK 32 and lovely scents from the soap and after shave Any thoughts on the best way to remove/mitigate that blemish on the tang? I’ve tried some Flitz but it didn’t do much.

Enjoyable shave today. The PAA soap performed well as always. A new Astra blade in the Henson was very smooth, much more comfortable than the RK blade I used in my last shave.

Very pleasant shave. No cuts, nicks, or errors! No burn!

Cold water face wash with brush squeezing's, Cold Water Face Rinse. /Homemade (~Autumn/Winter mix~) peppermint lavender, eucalyptus, + Tea Tree essential Oils Mixed Together With 200ml of Care+Witch Hazel./Cien Men Sensitive ASB./ Arko Comfort AS-Cologne.

Last early morning shave and working shift of 2023 before I break up for the Christmas holidays until the 9th January 2024!... I've only taken a small amount of my holidays this year so, I'll be away from the mill until January 8th 2024 enjoying festivity relaxation, & spending time with family and friends...'Bring it on'!!!!

An enjoyable Turkish themed close shave to finish the my shaving week off wonderfully.

Derby & Arko are becoming my go to soap choices for my head/dome shaves. The performance slickness, protection & post shave feel that both of these humble soaps provide is excellent.

Finishing the shave off with a few small dollops of Cien Men Sensitive ASB.

My face is feeling cool smooth, & smelling divine.
