First of all i wish each and everyone of you a Happy New Year (when it´s that time where you are). Alle the very best for you

I am so proud that i am a member of this board. Happy and proud. I am a member since 2012 and never ever thought of quitting. Great people all around here. Love this forum. I am not the person with that many posts but i love to read postings and i love to see all your SotD pics. That´s needed to be said. Thank you for that.

Now Friends, here is my last Shave of 2023. Good that this year is finally over…too much stress at work, very little private time for me and my wife, 2 dead people in the last 2 month (first my Grandma and then a good friend of mine died in the age of 51 last week), So this year can be trashed. Definitely.

So we are looking straight ahead, hope that the future (especially the next year) will be much better. Let´s hope the best…back to topic, my shave…

What a great shave this has been. 2,5 joyful passes with the wonderful Weber. What a great razor. Never regretted it that i bought it years ago. Such a smooth and gentle razor. It seems that the Weber has a built-in BBS guarantee. Wow!!!

The soap was the right decision to use it for the last shave of a year. Such a spiritual and festive scent. Warm and relaxing. I love it. The Shavemac had no problems creating a rich, luxurious lather.

At the end i used a healthy dose of the Stetson Aftershave which smells adorable. Quite a bit oldschool, but not „old“. Just like a true gentleman should smell. Lavender and Musk i can definitely detect, the Sage (which should be in there) is not coming through my nose. Nevertheless a fantastic scent. Skincare is also top notch. Great find.

So Friends, we see us next year Thank you for having me here. On to the next years.
