Razor : Gem Junior bar Lather catcher. Mfg 1907-11, mild to tame mid range. Great razor to use with a fresh blade + daily driver for a lot folks IMO. Blast from the past this morning, the fellows back 1900's knew how to make beautiful razors!
Blade : Gem Personna SS PTFE(2) very sharp, excellent longevity, smooths out nicely, predictable + safest blade to handle.
Soap : Yaqi Black Pearl, very interesting type of freshness scent that the more I use it the more I enjoy it + excellent lather qualities.
Brush : Yaqi "Sarada Familia" 22mm 2band badger. Very enjoyable badger that works very well and not a lather hog.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Yaqi Black Pearl + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results : or CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers= Had a close comfortable shave this morning with my Gem Junior bar lather catcher with a Gem coated blade.

I don't know, but I think 'coconut'
when I use it. It's not coconut by itself ,but coconut with some vanilla and other scents also, I think. I like it. IMO it's a good soap.

The Tea Tree Body Bar Soap lathered well with Tom's 3D Printed Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Gillette Pocket Edition (1914) razor and the Gillette Nacet Stainless Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Mennen After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Not a Grand Freeze but still quite chilly…

To be very honest I think I’m getting a bit fed up with this Cold Spices soap and aftershave because even though the scent is very close to the Shulton Old Spice scent, the menthol blurs it a little. The soap is extremely thirsty so it needs a LOT of water to get the lather where you want it, the menthol sensation is not overwhelming but it’s still very detectable, and the postshave feeling is ok. The Lubriderm moisturizer works so well as a balm, and the Cold Spices aftershave went on with a good kick but it doesn’t smell completely like the Shulton Old Spice. Two passes were good enough to get BBS so no complaints.

Razor : Gem Push button SE. Mfg 1959-65, tame mid range. I get some fine shaves with this razor and with the Black and gold trim it's eye candy for myself when I purchased years ago.
Blade : Gem Personna SS PTFE(3) very sharp, excellent longevity, smooths out nicely, predictable + safest blade to handle.
Soap : Razorock XXX, very nice unique fresh clean cologne scent that lasts with excellent lather qualities.
Brush : Yaqi (Moka express) 26mm synthetic knot. 26mm synthetic knots are some of my best luxury face feel + lather performance prep knots .
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Razorock XXX splash with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results : or CCS,DFS,BBs+ no irritation + no weepers= Had a close comfortable stellar shave this morning with my Gem G bar with a coated Gem blade. Very nice combination of shave gear this morning for excellent results.
