I had to forgo my normal cool water rinse of the legs this morning, the temperature dropped below 40 degrees!

Excellent shave! I enjoyed the Astra even more on this second shave, definitely one to consider adding to the rotation.

My shave this morning was on a Hungarian note with the Derbylux cream and the Barbon aftershave. Both of these items come from the same company which is Caola-Alfa, located in Budapest. They both have a LOT of menthol cooling which I love so much. I would say that the JHL became my favorite fragrance.

This morning's shave was really nice--close, but very comfortable. MWF is especially good with the cold, dry air conditions this time of year, maybe because of the lanolin content. Those conditions also cried out for the Speick balm, which is very protective. I'm feeling very refreshed and ready to head outside.

Excellent shave this morning! The Pacific cream whipped up into a wonderful, thick, slick lather and it didn't take much cream to get the job done. Near DFS in two passes with the Futur. It looks like the Gillette SP blades might have to get some consideration down the line because it's still going strong 5 days in. The Dovo made quick work of what little stubble remained and the Old Spice topped everything off nicely!

This is only my 2nd use of the Semogue LE brush but I am already a huge fan. It whipped up a copious amount of lather from the MWF with very little effort and I enjoyed a superb 4 pass shave. The GIBBS Click Pen loaded with a Gillette Super Thin blade is an excellent whisker whacker. A splash of the Harris Marlborough and I am ready to tackle the day.

A really nice shave this afternoon. I am on duty tonight....so will report to work suitably relaxed.
The Super Pro blades are beginning to grow on me. They seem to be much smoother after a couple of uses, anf of course the MWF is an amazingly protective soap!

What a nice surprise

I began today with a speed networking latkes breakfast and encountered a fellow brother of the blade. We just actually finished speaking on the phone a few moments ago. He was a Feather Man, so in his honor, I shaved with my first feather today:

My first thought is wow, look how much money I am saving My second thought was what a terrific shave. On my face with my Jagger, I found the Feather to shave, at least today, very much like a Gillette Dark Blue.

I was close to BBS on two passes, so with the voice of Marty in my head, one more pass and some fine tuning and this boy was BBS. Hoping the Feather is consistent.
