Today, I have switched to the Schick M adjustable for the next cycle of shave. Wow! The Semogue 1305 boar brush is my favorite boar, and it did a remarkable job of face-lathering the Col. Conk Lime soap. Two passes and clean-up on the neck with the Schick stainless steel blade was a delight. This Schick M is the best razor I have for getting under my nose. The length and shape of the handle make this a razor that is easy to maneuver. I finished off with a cold water rinse followed by Thayers Cucumber WH and Pinaud Clubman AS. I am feeling clean, smooth, and refreshed.

@Jeff: Before i write or say something about my Boss,it´s better to say or write nothing...;) He pays only the minimum wage for this work.No cent more!!! Work over work but no additional money. 12 days of work to be on standby (24 hours a day). That´s tough...
@John Beeman: I´m glad that i could help you with this. I bought it on Thursday. As i opened the bottle the first time,i thought: You know this scent...you know it...but where is it from? I thought and thought, but i can´t get through it...it´s a little bit like the German Pitralon.A little cedarwood, something fresh and noble. A great scent. But it do not last very long. On my skin it lingers only about 10 minutes before it fades away. And after a few minutes you will notice, that there builds up a film on your skin.It soothes the skin and does not dry out your skin. You definetly will have fun with it. Please let us know how you like it. :)

This is actually yesterday's shave since I have not had one today.
A nice warm to hot shower using Caswell Massey Sandalwood bath gel to prep.
~ Face lathered with a no name badger brush the Taylor of Old Bond Street Sandalwood shaving soap (latest formulation).
    ~ Maggard MR3 using a Perma-Sharp Super blade on 2.
~ Clinique moisturizer for the face. Caswell Massey Sandalwood lotion for the body. Followed up with British Sterling after shave and cologne.

Excellent shave today. I skipped yesterday, and the extra stubble was no match for the slick lather and MR10. TSD AS milk left my face smooth and moisturized against the wintry weather today. I'm glad I did most of the shoveling last night instead of this morning.

    Off to church.

Ps. I meant to use that little spoon to show how much soap I used today. That amount made enough great lather for five passes, though I only made three. I wanted to highlight the value of this soap. I paid $14 for the tub, but it could easily last six months at the rate I'm using it.

Prep: warm face wash with Shea Moisture scrub
    Soap: LA Shaving Woody Lavender
    Brush: HIS Synthetic
    Razor: Maggard MR10
Blade: Gillette 7 O'clock Sharp Edge Yellow
    Post: TSD Signature Aftershave Milk

Well, I decided to have a shave today after all.
    ~ Fourth quarter, 1955 Gillette Diplomat using a Perma-Sharp Super (1).
~ Small Tweezerman badger brush palm and face lathering Queen Charlotte Soaps, Basilica. A very nice Fall/Winter scent of Balsamic Myrrh and smoky Frankincense.
~ Clinique moisturizer and a dab or two of Pinaud Clubman Special Reserve.

I haven't used this razor much since the addition of a few new ones earlier this Summer. Such a great shave every time I use it.
The Perma-Sharp Super blades have really been hitting the spot for me lately so I cracked open a fresh one for the occasion.
A DFS in two passes, WTG/ATG.

A fantastic shave today. The MWF is exactly what I needed with it being so dry here this last week.
