Reef Point Peerless today. 20 seconds to load the Thater Silvertip. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Personna 74 still cruising along. Excellent smooth, close, shave. I finished with Burberry Brit.

The Dorco was great tonight, much better than the Personna. I was able to get a great shave with two passes and zero touch up! Dang!

Yesterday I had a very poor shave. My initial reaction was that I must have unconsciously lost some technique that resulted in a terrible shave. However, to my surprise, it was actually the blade. This morning I grabbed the same blade (flipping it over) because yesterday was the first time using that blade and I always use a blade twice before tossing it. On the very first swipe of my face I recognized the problem as being the blade. It was the same as yesterday, it was as if I didn't have a blade in the razor. I switched out the blade and ended up with a great shave. This was the first time I had run across a "bad" blade. In fact, it was so dull that it couldn't shave any arm hair. Oh well, at least I now know the symptoms of a dull (but not rough) blade.
