Since I normally don't shave on the weekends today was my last day of my first "1 razor 1 week" project where I intend to use all my razors for one week each this year - to, hopefully finally get down to 20 or so that will be sold off.

    Razor: Wilkinson Sword "Sticky"
    Blade: Polsiver SI
    Brush: SOC Boar
    Soap: Cella
    A/S: The Veg

Thank you so much! This one, after only one shave, has already become one of my favorites.

Same here. That is how I keep track of all my hardware and software. I use to record the quality of razor/blade combination but tired of that and just keep it simple now by keeping track the number of uses for each item that I own so I rotate them accordingly plus I keep the total number of razor blades I have which I admit is overkill.

How's the DR Harris in a stick?
First time using the DR Harris shave soap and Mrysol Plastic Shave and both were fantastic together. I now want to try some of their other products.

    Gillette SuperSpeed '74
    Semogue 1520
    Super-Max Platinum
    Nivea Original Cream
    Nivea Sensitive Post Shave Balm
    Tommy Bahama 'very cool'

First shave without the Arko cream and soap in a looong time. The Nivea stuff was alright - cream lathered and worked alright, the balm was actually pretty awful now that I have the Arko cream to compare it to (it didn't protect and moisturize at all..). I'm also not a huge fan of the Nivea scent either... As long as I have the Arko stuff, I probably won't be using either of these again.

I've been getting some great one pass shaves with my Ever Ready 1914/GEM Stainless blade combo....
I'm talking one pass, as close to BBS as possible....For me a flat BBS....ONE PASS with a little buffing touch-up...

I do one heavy splash with Original Clubman and follow with a slight splash of Clubman Vanilla....The two layer beautifully to leave me feeling, and smelling great all day....Sometimes I use The Veg in place of the Original Clubman followed with a splash of Clubman Vanilla....Either way is a winner...

The Veg has a strong Lilac scent and the Original Clubman has that strong Powder scent which is so Classic Barbershoppe.....and the Vanilla adds a sweet classic Barbershoppe touch to the mix that the Mrs. Just loves....and it sweetens and freshens away any of the 'cat-box' properties of the Veg which I believe are debatable as to whether they exist or not...

The Clubman Vanilla is THE compliment getter and has gotten to be the one I use every day. It's great by itself but I prefer to layer as I have discribed above...This gives it more depth and makes for a more complex and enjoyable scent for me....I'll layer it with whatever else I use...Even Clubman Special Reserve which is the best Leather Cologne I've ever tried.

Imagine that...A $6 bottle of Clubman Special Reserve to me, is a better Leather Cologne than Creeds English Leather....And not a little better, but not even close...But the SR is one diminsional Leather...It just smells like you just put on a Vintage WWII leather flight jacket....So a dash of Clubman Vanilla turns it into a more Complex Complete Cologne....

    Chilly smooth
My first impression of Krampert's Frostbite soap is very favorable. The scent reminds me of a clean snow in a pine forest. Refreshing and calming in a way. It's not as cold as FrostByte, but it lathers just as well if not better. It matches perfectly with the Frostbite aftershave. My shave was smooth and easy. The cool sensation lasted almost an hour. I could see using Proraso Green pre with this combination and not being over chilled.
