Great shave. I've used the Proraso White Preshave before, and really liked it. The Green felt nice, but smelled like armpits. There was no discernable scent to the AS.

    Razor: Vintage Gillette Slim
Blade: Gillette Blue Super Platinum (8)

WTG-XTG-ATG (adjusted angles for my beard)

Crowne & Crane Thuringian Forest today. 20 seconds to load the Elite Razor Manchurian White brush. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Gillette Blue Super Platinum still in the vintage Gillette Slim. Excellent smooth, close, shave. I finished with Stirling Executive Man aftershave.

The Williams Mug Soap face-lathered well with Bunny B-400 by Tom badger brush. Two passes and touch ups with the TAR by Tom with a Gillette Silver Blue blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Pharoah's Dreamsicle AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Feeling a little Strange and Defiant
These two scents don't necessarily compliment each other, but I like them both. The shave was superb - Dr. Jon's vol 3 formula has a very nice post shave feel to go with their vegan skin friendly lather. The Model T continues to impress.

Another road shave. Well as hastily as I packed up to move out I was still able to grab some good stuff. The General HAS become a serious contender for “No. 1” status. Still loading up with the same Schick Proline AC blade now on its fifth shave. Great razor and quite impressed with the performance of the Proline blades.

Soap in the kit is Dr Jon’s Flowers in the Dark (V3). Love the scent and this time around used a bit more water to get the lather going. Perfect. Also quite impressive for a vegan soap base.

Over two and most certainly three passes the General is quickly dwindling down the competition it has in my collection. BBS in two is impressive with such a mild shaving razor. Well now to work! Happy mid-week shaves!

Very satisfying shave this morning. Beardless for 4 days now and my facial skin is just about back to where it was when I shaved every day.

The Black Bay soap is rather interesting. The first thing one notices is the green color...both the soap & the lather. Not crazy about the scent, but the performance is top notch. Great post-shave feel, probably due to the vegetable charcoal. I usually try to match my aftershaves with the soap (especially the RazoRock line) but if the AS has a scent close to the Black Bay soap, I'll take a pass and go with the VIBR.

    Soap: RazoRock Black Bay
    Brush: Semogue 620 boar
    Razor: Fatip Grande
    Blade: Gillette Nacet (4)
    Aftershave: Pinaud VIBR
