Friday morning’s Grand Freeze:

Stirling Mentholated Pre Shave Soap

A great Grand Freeze - perhaps not so much from the Peppermint Latte soap although it’s got a very good menthol sensation, but from the matching aftershave. Both have a beautiful scent which is a blend of peppermint and espresso coffee - the soap’s tallow formula promotes awesome lather that’s so thick, rich, mega slick as well as protective, the menthol kick from it is as I said really, really good, and the skincare is superb, just like all of Fernando’s soaps. The Prep delivered wonderfully on the postshave care, and the Peppermint Latte aftershave gave me its intense menthol kick along with its gorgeous, long lasting scent. Another tip top BBS shave!

Royal Copenhagen cologne.

I polished out the Deluxe last night and found a brass handle I had forgot about.

Three very nice passes with one small weeper and just a hint of alum. I am really liking the shaves with the Deluxe.

The Cella Shave Soap lathered well with the Semogue 1305 Boar Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Provision Supply V2 Razor with plate three and a Personna Injector Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Cella ASB. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
