The Pharoah's Dreamsicle Shave Soap lathered well with the Bunny B-400 Brush by Tom. Two passes and touch ups with The Single Edge SE Razor with a Supply Black Label Injector Blade Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Pharoah's Dreamsicle AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

This Wilkinson stick has been sitting around in my place for such a long time and I think the last time I used it was three years ago so I decided to pull it out this morning and I’m really happy that I did. It’s tallow based, it smells so much nicer than the Wilkinson bowl soap, the lather is so much better, and it’s very skin friendly. The Bull Dog moisturizer and the Musgo Real Classic aftershave were a perfect finish. Another tip top BBS shave - only two passes were sufficient!

ASRazor SOTD. Fri, Feb25th 2022

Razor: Gem Micromatic Clog Pruf(Peerless model 17 nib SB)- Mfg 1945, nice mid range, built to last, right weight, all brass construction. I always like to use this razor when the blade count is higher & it helps give a great shave for myself.
Blade: Gem Personna SS PTFE(9) very sharp, great longevity, smooths out nicely + predictable.
Soap: Razorock Santa del Maria Fiore, nice mild vanilla scent with mild tobacco + excellent lather qualities.
Brush: Yaqi Sagrada Familia 22 mm 2 band badger- excellent lather generator, pillow like soft tips, nice scrubber + great painter.
Pre shave: Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser + a dollop of clear Aloe Vera Gel on the cleaned beard area.
Prep: cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups.
Post shave: Razorock Santa Maria del Fiore AS with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe Moisturizing lotion + scentless.
Results: CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers=excellent shave with my MMCP with a coated Gem blade.
