The Archaic Eureka Shave Soap lathered well with the Jayaruh #30 Silvertip Badger Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the King Cobra AC Razor and a Feather Professional Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Dickinson's Lemongrass Witch Hazel. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Early 1960s West German rotary electric (shaved at work). SAS. Followed with Zum sea salt lotion...pretty good stuff.

Applied Avon Mesmerize "Ultimate" before leaving the house.

After not using this Cool as a Cucumber soap for over two years I felt that I had to pull it out this morning and I’m happy that I did because it’s great stuff. Like most of Jaco’s soap this one is glycerine based - it looks a lot like Colonel Conk Lime because it’s got a similar green colour, it has a nice cucumber scent with a bit of a lilac note, it lathers like there’s no tomorrow, and it’s very refreshing as well as soothing. The Boomslang 1 balm is incredibly moisturizing, it gives fantastic soothing and it provides lots of protection from irritation or dryness along with a mild menthol sensation, and it smells so much like Brut - I matched it perfectly with both the aftershave and cologne. This Wilkinson razor and blade as well as my terrific technique gave me an incredible three pass BBS shave that made me look so gorgeous! (According to my wife!)

Razor : Yaqi Flipside Hexahedral dual comb with a Yaqi Aluminum Hex design handle(won this in a raffle on live sale show last yr.)- Mfg 2019> tame mid range to mid. This is a very good razor with the Scalloped Straight bar more aggressive than the open comb side. I like the OC on the chin area and under the chin area the best on first pass. No blade overhand on ends and very affordable just buying the head IMO. I would use this more but I do have a large razor rotation and I discovered variety is what I enjoy & missed when just using a cartridge razor. I had a stellar close comfortable shave this morning using it.
Blade : Gillette Perma-sharp(4) sharp and smooth.
Soap : Razorock XXX Fresco, nice clean unique XXX scent with a touch of menthol with excellent lather qualities.
Brush : Yaqi "Barber pole" 24 mm 2band badger. Excellent lather generator, pillow like soft tips, nice splay scrubber + great lather painter. Excellent brush with a person with large hands + a all round great shave brush for my shave needs.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Razorock XXX Fresco with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results : or CCS,DFS,BBs + no irritation + no weepers= Had a close comfortable shave this morning with my Yaqi Flipside Hexahedral razor with a Perm-sharp blade. Wonderful shave this morning.

The Williams Menthol has always been a top favourite of mine - the scent is so beautiful, the lather is terrific, it’s pretty slick, the menthol sensation is at a good middle of the road level, and the postshave feeling is very comfortable. The Gold Bond moisturizer works great as a balm, and the Skin Bracer aftershave went on icy cold - do I ever LOVE its old school scent. Three passes gave me a brilliant BBS shave that was so enjoyable!
