Superb sharp and smooth blade for a smoooooth shave. WTG/XTG/ATG. As close as I can get. Thought I felt a wee snick, but no blood appeared

POSTSHAVE: Cold water wash with brush squeezings followed by a rinse with Humphreys Lilac WH. Finished with Pre de Provence Bergamot & Thyme Shave Balm.

Guys, this Absolute Zero soap and balm are murder when it comes to menthol power. I love the aquatic/minty scent, the soap is vegan based like all of Abir’s soaps, the lather is fantastic, it’s super slick, the menthol sensation is the strongest of any soaps I ever used, and the skincare is wonderful. The matching aftershave is very moisturizing as well as mega frigid. Three passes did the job for me - another terrific BBS shave that I enjoyed so much!

The Williams Mug Shave Soap lathered well with Jayaruh #424 Synthetic Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Tourqued Slant Razor and the Gillette Nacet Stainless Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Humphrey's Witch Hazel and Duru Cologne. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Lovely shave, Stuart! I’m a big fan of some of the latest synthetic bristle brushes as well! No need for pre-soaking and they really work great for face lathering.

 

Lovely kit, Gary! I remember when you got that beautiful Tech. Classic Rubberset and cool looking scuttle bring it all to a perfect crescendo!

 

Here I am back after almost three years, and danged, Jim, if your brushes just keep getting better and better. Love the handle on that brush!

A very good shave. Smooth and gentle. The RazoRock is just like my PILS, i love the shaves with it but both dońt get me 100% BBS, but no problem for me. The fell during the shave is always amazing with the Hawk.

SV delivered as always and the brush had no problems whipping it up.

Witch Hazel and the absolutely amazing smelling Aftershave to close out the shave.

9 out of 10
