    Shave was interrupted by a phone call, which in turn lead me to rush my shave, resulting in a few raw spots.

    The lucido bottles are gorgeous!

    The mandom is better than AV, performance wise, but nothing spectacular. Very very nice for the price.

    The scent is inoffensive, manly, wears off in good time, and wears well. It's also a good balance between strong but not nose biting.

    Kitchen sink adventure continues! So I need a hot wet towel to keep my face warm.

    Vie-Long horsehair brush
    Fitjar Calmomilla cream in jar
    Fitjar Miklagard aftershave cream

    Nice and smooth shave today. Hot towel works like a charm and adds some contrast to final cold water rinse and splash.

    Birthday bath fit for a Queen

    Gave the tub a good scrub this evening just so I could have a wonderfully relaxing birthday bath. Decided I also needed something special. Thus the birth of SubZero Lavender Bath Salt. :love029 Just heavenly!

    Even more so with the addition of SubZero Body Wash, Tet-a-tet shaving cream, and the newest minty shampoo I'm trying, Head & Shoulders with Eucalyptus.

    It's better than the Suave Rosemary Mint. Couldn't even smell ANYTHING in that one. Let alone feel any minty/menthol tingle.
    I'm testing minty shampoos at the moment. :)

    Anyways, enjoyed my wonderfully relaxing hot bath, with my invigoratingly chilly products. :D



    and no, I have no plans on selling these SubZero products. Being the Queen does have it's perks. ;)

    I enjoyed a great antique shave today with a shaving stick that was popular in Germany back in the 1950's or 60's. This soap lathers like a maniac, and smells great. Not only that, it gives very good skincare. I wish it had not been discontinued, because it really is fantastic. ;) :D
