Prep: Hot shower with Axe Chilled Cooling Face Wash and home made PSO
Razor: DeHaven, Gem Push Button, A J Jordan Sheffield England The Celebrated Hollow Ground Razor straight razor
Blade: DeHaven proprietary, GEM PTFE coated single edge (3)
    Brush: HJM Black Fibre Germany
Soap: Taylor of Old Bond Street Avacado Shaving Cream with 4 drops of TSD M Bomb menthol additive
After: Home made After Shave Balm
After Shave: Aqua Velva classic Ice Blue cooling after shave

I started out using the DeHaven this morning. The blade is not quite ready for prime time yet. I will run it through a couple more of Lynn's honing pyramids and try it again on another day. The Gem Push Button is a mild shaver and did a great job cleaning up after the DeHaven. The A J Jordan was singing a wonderful tenor part this morning. The whole shave was a cooling and comfortable experience ending with a Darn Fine Shave +.

Prep: Hot shower, face washed in Bulldog face wash.
    Razor: '64 Gillette Super Speed
    Blade: Voskhod (3)
    Brush: Vie-Long Butterscotch Edition horse.
Lather: Arko SS grated in bowl
Shave: 2 passes adjusted for grain WTG/ATG

Double shave today. I'm still trying to find a blade for my vintage razors.
Voskhod is very high on the list so far. It gives stellar shaves. Can't wait to try the Swedish Supersteel I've heard so much good about.

Second shave of the day is not the closest, but it went quite fast also, so I might have slacked.
It's typical of my 2-pass shaves that they're not the closest, so I prefer 3 passes.

Today my Bulldog order arrived, so I had to break out the new products.
Interesting manly scent that's very subtle (the way I like it), so far great performance - all that for a bargain!

    Pre-shave prep: Hot towel
Pre-shave: Homemade TSD Preshave oil recipe
    Shave Soap: Proraso Green
    Brush: Escali Badger
    Razor: 58 Gillette Super Speed
Blade: Feather Hi-Stainless (First time, awesome results!)
Post-shave: Gentleman Jon Alum, Nivea sensitive Balm

Although it might be a fluke, that Feather blade matched in my super speed was quite nice. I will see how it performs on the next go around, but it may find itself in my top blades. I was quite hesitant as I know many say it is quite sharp, but it was really smooth. I have to attribute some of it to my technique getting more refined

Nice near BBS. I love the Lemony combo of the electric sheep and the Lemon Chill.

Very refreshing and it totally clears my sinuses.

Thank you all Gentlemen for the kind words. I really miss my little shave buddy who watched me every morning during my shave. It will take me awhile to get over her not being there.

    Morning:
    Merkur 11C HD
    Voskhod
    Muhle 31K252
    RazoRock ABCBA

    Afternoon (Head):
    Myrsol Emulsion
    Merkur 11C HD
    Voskhod
    Simpson Duke 3 Best
    MWF

Not sure about the Emulsion scent. I think it can grow on me, does a good job pre shave though, it's more noticeable than Proraso. The Duke 3 is DEFINITELY the best sized brush for me; its far more comfortable for my hands than the Chubby was, the Duke 2 was a little better suited to face only however i like this for dual roles, face or bowl as I desire. I'm going to use this exclusively for a month to break it in and see how things go.

Well I will post tomorrow's shave now since tomorrow will be a busy day.

I have a new razor, but it is a well known one which was purchased to match my Mühle Faux Horn V1 brush. The razor is a generic (not from Mühle).
