    Martin asked:
    "Razor: 68 Slim Adj 9/1
You start with the razor on 9, and then dial down to 1 during the shave sometime? Reason I ask is I think I've seen a few other members start with a high number and then back it off after a few passes or so. I was wondering what the reasoning behind that technique was."

Just guessing here but my thinking is to use higher settings (9 = more aggressive) for the WTG passes in the early shave and then dial the razor down (1 = least aggressive) for the XTG and ATG passes when the beard is already reduced quite a lot and we want to get the last bits and prevent razor burn.
    but.......Ive been wrong before ;)

    Wednesday:

    Omega Silvertip
    Ming Shi TTO/new 7 AM
    Park Avenue Classic S/C
    Visal A/S gel
    Lubriderm unscented moisturizer
    Black Garter cologne

I always enjoyed the Ming Shi razor because of its gentleness and close shaves. This Park Avenue Classic cream smells amazing, lathers like a BOMB, and feels great on the skin. The Visal gel is from the same company as Vifrex, is just as cooling, but has a different scent, which is also very nice. ;) :D

    Wednesday 1/21 . . .

    • [*]Prep: Rite Aid Skin Cleansing Cream & Hot Towel
[*]Brush: Ever Ready 300 refurbished with a Silver Tip Badger knot by The Knotty Badger
      [*]Cream: SCS Tea Tree
[*]Razor: Undated Gillette Thick Handled Tech
[*]Blade: Treet Classic Dura Sharp (shave 7)
[*]Oil Pass: Leisureguy's Last-Pass Shave Oil
[*]A/S: Thayer's Lavender Witch Hazel Toner & Nivea Extra Soothing ASB
      [*]EDT: SCS Very V EDT

[*]Result: The face shave was okay, not BBS and the head shave was terrible. The Treet is good for 6 shaves max. I will not be buying any more of them. They did perform well but their longevity pales compared to the & O'Clock Sharp Edge blades.
