That Bazooka handle looks like a pretty serious tool :D I guess in a pinch you could even bang in some nails with it

:happy102:You certainly could. It's a very heavy handle and really feels great in the hand like some heavy duty tools. :happy088:

    Seville Sunday
This one felt a little rough... No lasting burn, just a couple little weepers. It could have been the two days growth, but I think it was a dud blade - it's in the tin.
    Prep: Shea Moisture Creme
    Soap: B&M Seville
    Brush: Brothers Bristles Spartan Bronze
    Razor: der Futur
    Blade: Voskhod
    AS: Fine Platinum

What a Canadian freeze today, not only from the sunny, bitterly-cold weather we're getting this morning but also from Mr Brian Hoffman's Polar Vortex soap. This stuff is not quite to the same level of menthol intensity as the Stirling Glacials, but it's still very cold soap which lathers so easily and well. The Snake Bite aftershave gave me an incredibly strong face-freeze which felt heavenly. My Astra completed its week on a perfect note! :happy088: :happy088:

    Italy!

I recently received a gift from a friend of mine who is also passionate about straight razor shaving, as well as owning some Mastro Livi straight razors. As a matter of fact, his very first straight razor has been a Mastro Livi CarboInox. When he saw my "Mastro Livi Italian Shaving Set", he wanted to buy a gift for me, something which could further be a matching for my Italian set. So he bought me this shave towel in which it is read "Italia" and has Italy in our national colors, green, white and red. I therefore thought today I would have shaved with Italian products only in order to honor my Country and our very long tradition in shaving and barbering. Every product I used it was made in Italy, from pre-shave oil to after shave and, of course, shave towel too. As for the razor, it is a masterpiece hand forged by Mastro Livi, with a super smooth feel on the skin and giving an amazing close and smooth shave. Italy!
    • Pre-Shave: RazorGuy Pre-Shave Oil
    • Soap: RazorGuy Shaving Soap
    • Brush: Mastro Livi Silvertip Badger "Pennello Italiano", 24 mm knot
    • Bowl: Old Italian Barber Bowl
    • Strop: Mastro Livi Medium Loom Strop "Coramella Italiana" and Hand Palm
    • Razor: Mastro Livi K600 Hand Forged "Rasoio Italiano", 15/16 Full Hollow, French Point
    • Post-Shave: Alum Block
    • Post-Shave: Umbria Extravirgin Olive Oil
    • After Shave: Elberel P.160 Professional Vetiver
