    Tonight's shave:
Prep - Hot shower and whatever was in there.
    Brush - VdH boar
    Soap - Omega Crema
    Blade - Gillette 7 0'Clock
Razor - Merkur 34C HD (just received it today)
AS - Cold water splash then Captain's Choice Lime

DFS tonight. I was jazzed to try my new razor. I did not know what to expect. I was pleased. This razor is a little "louder" than my vintage razors. All in all, a very good 2 pass shave. And I am starting to figure out this lather thing.

    Prep: Hot Shower-Stirling Bath Soap
    Soap: Speick Cream
Razor: Gillette Bar Handle NEW Short Comb
    Blade: Gillette Silver Blue (3)
    Brush: Whipped Dog Silvertip 22mmx48mm
    Aftershave: Speick

WTG-XTG-ATG (adjusted angle a bit for my beard)

Still with my Gillette NEW SC again today. I pulled out the Speick cream. A small dollop of Speick in the bottom my old VDH bowl loaded within seconds on my Whipped Dog Silvertip. I went right to my face and had enough for 4 passes had I wanted to. The result was another very close, smooth, nick free shave. I finished with Speick AS. I waited WAAAY too long to try the Speick AS. Great stuff both the scent (IMHO) and the conditioning!

Great shave today. Easy three pass DFS. I soaked the puck while I showered to activate the EOs, and it did not disappoint. The scent is a pleasing floral, sort of like a cologne, my wife enjoys it, too. I was unable to pick out individual scents, but my nose is not the most sensitive, and I've only used the soap once. It performs just like other HTGAM soap, expect a full review in the next week or two. The HIS brush whipped up loads of lather on my face and I paired it with the grapefruity elixir, but it would do just as well with other aftershaves, too.
Prep: warm shower, Shea Moisture Three Butters Scrub
    Soap: HTGAM Gondolier
    Brush: HIS Synthetic
    Razor: Maggard MR10
Blade: Gillette 7 O'clock Sharp Edge Yellow
    AS: Shea Moisture AS Elixir

    Odin's Day:

Prep: Hot compress, Crown Shaving Co. Supreme Glide Preshave lotion
    Brush: Simpson 56 Best Badger
Soap: Ginger's Garden Grass Stain Menthol Snow
    Razor: FaTip Piccolo Nickel
    Blade: Bolzano Superinox (5)
    Passes: WTG, XTG, ATG (9, 10, 11)
Post: Cold water splash, Dickinson's WH, Aqua Velva Ice Blue AS splash

Much the same setup as yesterday, with the inclusion of the preshave lotion and the witch hazel. I went for the full three pass treatment today for BBS results, but the blade was starting to drag by the end of it. That may have been in part because the soap didn't soak quite as long or thoroughly as before, so the lather was more challenging. I caught one tiny weeper at the left side of my mouth, but no other problems there.

Nice and smooth again with no issues - the Gillette Menthol cream from France is a pleasure to lather up and it smells great with a super-duper menthol blast. The Intense Cooling balm lives up to its name, and it gives awesome moisturizing. The Barbon splash really put the icy grand finale on this terrific shave. ;) :D

Wicked sharp and a excellent shave this morning. IMO, it's kind of a ugly looking blade but it's a stellar shaver. Have a good one.

    Prep: Warm shower, Cetaphil Lotion
    Razor: Weber PH
    Blade: Voskhod (4)
    Soap: Stirling Orange Chill
    Brush: Semogue 830
    Post: Witch Hazel, Cetaphil Lotion
    Aftershave: Brut

Just another fantastic shave! It seems that I have finally gotten to a point with my technique where as long as I use a quality soap/cream, I get a great shave. I have pretty much settled on using the Weber PH and Voskhod blades every day because they are a winning combination for me. I need to get some Personna Lab Blues because they work just as well as the Voskhods, and it's nice to have a little variety.

    Have a great day!

I hate to sound like a "Fanboy," but it gave me a great shave. I also hate to hype things too much as everything is Subjective in Shaving. But it honestly is a good soap. I am surprised it isn't mentioned more.
