    20200126_123841_resized.jpg well,
    I can say, Your never too old to learn, or some other you knew better proverb.
    Im writing to you with blood running down the side of my head.
    I really had a great shave. I used;
    Hot water shower prep
    Captain's Choice Bay Rum soap
    Brother's Bristles black badger
    Muhle R-41 head with Maggard's mr5 handle
    Persona lab (2)
    (Iced)Pinaud Virgin Island Bay Rum
    Three passes on my face went very nicely. But im afraid im a victim of my own successes. On my third pass i noticed several hairs on the front bump of my ear lobe. In my arrogant confidence, i concluded that with a light touch, those hairs could be removed. After all the labs are known to be very keen, and the r41 exposes that keen blade plenty enough to just make them pop off (like a hanging hair test). I brushed my teeth thinking I may have invented a new way to just remove those unwanted reminders of my age. I looked again and my good fortune evaporated. I now had red earrings. How can one be soo cocky to think they could shave your ears with most aggressive razor on the market.
    So I'm reporting humbly, for new to learn, and for experienced to laugh at. To be clear, guys don't shave your ears with the r41 or 20200126_130618_resized.jpg you'll get red earrings.
    Hope y'all did as well, or better.

    If you take the ear clean off the hair will stop growing.

    Thanks Gary, looks like you had some great times in your youth also playing with powerful cars at least in our minds and not break the bank at the same time.

    I laughed not at you but at my arrogance. I have done same - and with similar results. Only one ear though. My ear whiskers require a weekly buzz - but not with a razor blade.
